About Tammi

After years of working in the service industry, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the value of clear communication, honesty, and truly putting clients’ needs first. That passion for serving others naturally led me to real estate, where I could combine my commitment to exceptional service with my interest in property and investment.
Once getting licensed in 2019, I’ve realized that real estate is a lot like dating: there’s a fair amount of ghosting, some questionable filtered photos, and eventually, the goal is to find "The One" (ideally with updated plumbing & wiring). My background in the service industry taught me that while I can’t control the market, I can definitely control the experience. I’ve traded in the "service with a smile" for "strategy with a smirk," ensuring my clients in Swift Current get a transparent, BS-free journey from the first showing to the final signature.

Don’t let the laid-back vibe fool you, though—I’m a total nerd for the fine print. I’ve put in the hours for advanced negotiation training through Edwards School of business because "hope" isn't exactly a winning real estate strategy. Whether we’re navigating a multi-offer standoff or trying to find a creative way to make the numbers dance, I make sure my clients are the most prepared people in the room. My goal is to handle the high-stakes stress behind the scenes so you can stay relaxed enough to actually enjoy the process (or at least not lose sleep over it).

That mix of "calm" and "capable" seems to be working, as I’ve managed to snag the Executive Club Award for the last three years running. I’m pretty proud of the triple-crown, but the real trophy is that my clients keep coming back—and they usually bring snacks.
